Ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
. Fresh graduate or one year experience web design and development experience
. Strong portfolio of visual design samples
. Expert command of Photoshop and Illustrator
. Experience with Flash, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver
. Keen eye for typography, color and layout
. Thorough knowledge of web design and development
. Expert understanding of HTML, best coding practices and clean UI implementation
. Experience with cross-browser CSS/HTML design and behaviors
. Familiar with HTML email design and development
. Experience with XHTML, Javascript, PHP, ASP, and web design standards is preferred
. Familiar with best SEO practices
. Experience working with cross-functional teams including programming, marketing, and development

. Strong command of web standards, cross-browser compatibility and various web-related optimization techniques and content management systems
. Passion for end-user focused software applications design with a high awareness of current industry design and usability trends
. Must be aware of online accessibility issues and have experience working to W3C accessibility guidelines
. Ability to code functional pages from mockups in collaboration with web designers
. Experience building and implementing content management systems
. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate demanding schedules
. Ability to write clean, well-structured markup code in a text editor

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
. Execute various forms of print and web media including brochures, posters, print advertisements, websites, online ads.
. Identify and develop unique experiences through sketches, visual mockups, and storyboards -carrying them to a full final product.
. Offer independent and clear thinking to translate ideas well thought out conceptual design
. Offer a brand-conscious mind, paying close attention to consistency and company brand guidelines.

Requirements:
. Fresh graduate or One year experience in design with rich informational web sites
. Understanding of HTML & CSS
. Ability to handle multiple projects.
. Excellent experience with Photoshop, Illustrator,
. Experience with InDesign or Quark
