Customer Service Representative - Personal Banking

Responsibilities:
* The jobholder is responsible to be the first point of contact for Walk-in Customers & provide service assistance in adherence with HSBC policy & procedure.
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
* Possess General Banking knowledge.
* Must be proactive and costumer service oriented.
* Must have excellent interpersonal skill.
* Must have excellent communication in English, conversant in Mandarin language would be an advantage.
* Must be willing to work at any HSBC Branches in Jakarta.
