FOR :
PSYCHOLOGIST
WITH REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree majoring in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
2. Minimum Experience 1(one) year in HR field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Having broad knowledge in psychological assessment, training, and development is a must.
4. Having good knowledge in HR Field (such as; Compensation System, organizational development)
5. Able to use and interpret psychological tools
6. Able to work under-pressure
7. Able to communicate with all level
