DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (Code : DP – JD)

• Bachelor degree (any discipline) from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0


• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year experience


• Single and maximum age 28 years old


• Target oriented and customer oriented


• Good analytical thinking


• Energetic, hard worker, discipline, initiative, and team work player


• Strong communication and interpersonal skill


• Fluent in English both oral and written


• Willing to attend the development program which will be held at the Head Office (Karawaci-Tangerang)


• Willing to be placed in all LB’s branches in Indonesia
