Management Audit Executive
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)




Responsibilities:


Check and monitor the implementation of system and procedures in Sales & Marketing Division are implemented consistently and effectively in order to support company objective in developing excellence business process
Assist division and department in improving and documenting business processes
Execute audits in accordance with defined audit steps, under the guidance of a senior internal auditor or audit manager.
Obtain, analyze and appraise audit evidence as a basis for an informed, independent and objective opinion concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls
Preparation and clearance of audit reports to ensure high quality and compliance with agreed procedures and system
Conduct other special audit / projects and fraudulent activities investigation requested by management and audit committee
Propose recommendation on how to improve security of system and procedure in Sales & Marketing Division

Requirements:


Male / Female
Age between 28 - 33
Bachelor degree in Management or Technical
Minimum of 3 years working experience in audit and quality management system (ISO 9001:2000)
