OBJECTIVE
To control and organize operational administrative all aspect of Compensation and Benefit.

Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Good command of English, both oral and written
*
Independent and able to work under minimum supervision

Technical Competence :

Minimum S1 degree from Reputable University, prefer from Financial Management or Accounting
*
Familiar with payroll system
*
Familiar with employee tax calculation
