Job Title: PRODUCTION PLANNING ENGINEER
Directorate: Manufacturing

Location: Narogong

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to provide production planning system engineering support for the Narogong operations, including raw mill, coal mill, kiln and cement mill operation and the incumbent must focus on effectively production planning and controlling system for successful operation of Narogong plant. The person will have to provide technical expert analysis of production planning and controlling system and recommendation for continuous improvement. He/She will also have to provide consolidated report Narogong and Cilacap operation.


Requirements:

Education : University degree with intensive 3 yrs experience in cement manufacturing process.
*
Experiences : 5 (five) years experience in continuous processing industry with a focus on process and method improvement.
*
Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP
*
Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
*
Other qualifications :

- Knowledge of cement manufacturing process.
- Ability to challenge the way things are done in an innovative way.
- Ability to respect and evaluate new ideas in professional manner.
- Ability to deal with a process improvement issues with a high degree

of professionalism.

- Expert in Production Planning and controlling activities with a focus on process and
industrial engineering standard.
- Good time management & Leadership skills.
- Display initiative and able to interact with all levels.

- Good comm0unication & interpersonal skills.
